Norman holds an MBA from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School, University College Dublin and is a qualified Chartered Insurer.

Philip is Executive Director Business Development of Exaxe and a member of the board of directors. As co-founder of Exaxe with Norman Carroll, Philip has amassed over 20 years experience in the implementation of IT solutions within the insurance industry.

Tom Murray
Head of Product Strategy
Tom is Head of Product Strategy at Exaxe with primary responsibility of overseeing product direction. Tom has extensive experience of managing web based insurance software from conceptual design through to commercial release and beyond. Tom has been leading the development of the Exaxe Internet insurance architecture since August 1999.

Collette Kelly
Chief Operating Officer
Collette is Chief Operating Officer at Exaxe with responsibility for all product development and client delivery activities. Collette spent 12 years with FINEOS Corporation in a variety of management roles with responsibility for 130 staff across three regions. Prior to her time with FINEOS, Collette spent 18 years in the insurance industry with Hibernian and Eagle Star in a variety of IT roles across Operations and Development.
